This policy explains what personal data Supernova collects through this website, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
Supernova (“Supernova”, “we”), located at Centro Corporativo Escazú Village, Torre 2, San Rafael de Escazú, San José, Costa Rica, 10203. For any privacy question, write to hi@supernovacr.com.
What data we collect
Data you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, company, work email, country, organization size, the areas you want to explore and the message you write.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To answer your message and follow up on your request.
- To prepare proposals or start a working relationship you have asked about.
- To keep the website secure and measure its performance.
We do not sell your personal data, and we will only send you commercial communications if you have asked for them or have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you accept this policy before sending the form, and to take steps you request before a possible contract. We follow Costa Rica’s Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data and its regulations.
Who we share it with
We only share data with providers that help us operate, such as our hosting provider (SiteGround) and email services, under confidentiality and security obligations. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Costa Rica. We will disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
Cookies and third-party content
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. The Spotify podcast player loads only when you press play; from that moment Spotify may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and for no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify, update or delete your data, and you can object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hi@supernovacr.com and we will reply within the time set by law. You can also file a complaint with Costa Rica’s Agency for the Protection of Inhabitants’ Data (PRODHAB).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

We may update this policy. We will publish any change on this page with its new date.
